III. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES WITH ECONT AND SPEEDY

  1. Office-to-office delivery via Econt or Speedy is completed within 24 hours from dispatch.

  2. Home address delivery via Econt or Speedy is completed within 24 hours for most locations.

  3. For smaller towns and villages, home delivery timeframes depend on the courier’s visit schedule for the respective location.

  4. Shipments sent to a home address on Friday are delivered on Monday, unless Monday is a public holiday.

 

 

IV. DELIVERY WITH BOX NOW

  1. Delivery via Box Now is performed only from locker to locker.

  2. Box Now delivery is available exclusively for orders paid by bank card directly on the website.

  3. Delivery via Box Now is free of charge.

  4. For shipments within the same city, the delivery time is up to 24 hours.

  5. For shipments to a different city, the delivery time may be up to 48 hours.
